When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 3 business days, but often faster than that. Please note any order placed after 4 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

You should receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. If you did not receive it:

  1. Check your spam folder
  1. Check that the email address you provided with your order is correct
  1. If the email you provided is not correct, please write to us at hello@recreativeapparel.com, and we will resend your order confirmation to the correct email address
  1. If the email you provided is correct and you have checked your spam folders, please write to us at hello@recreativeapparel.com, and we will resend the confirmation.

I need to change/cancel my order, how may I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@recreativeapparel.com . All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return it once received and we will credit you.
