When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 3 business days, but often faster than that. Please note any order placed after 4 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. If you did not receive it:
- Check your spam folder
- Check that the email address you provided with your order is correct
- If the email you provided is not correct, please write to us at hello@recreativeapparel.com, and we will resend your order confirmation to the correct email address
- If the email you provided is correct and you have checked your spam folders, please write to us at hello@recreativeapparel.com, and we will resend the confirmation.
I need to change/cancel my order, how may I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@recreativeapparel.com . All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return it once received and we will credit you.
