- If you are not happy with your Recreative Apparel purchase, you must send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. The subject line should be “Returns”. The email will need to include your order number, name, the reason for your return, and confirm that the goods are in original condition, with tags attached. We will then provide return instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.
- All returned items must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We will refuse return of goods that do not meet our Return Policy requirements.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We cannot cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We strongly advise you to secure and insure your parcel.
- We cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our Return Policy, you will be notified of acceptance. We will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 5 additional business days to return the funds to your account. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.
*Please note: Due to our small batch production, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a size, color, or style, we kindly ask that you place a new order for the specific item, and follow the return instructions above to return the original order.
