SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 3 business days, but often faster than that. Please note any order placed after 4 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are CAD$15 for Canada and the USA. We also offer tracked delivery for CAD$30 to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand.

Other countries shipping rates are calculated automatically by Canada Post and are dependent on the weight of the items you have ordered, as well as your location. Please note those are shipped UNTRACKED.

We offer free shipping on orders over CAD$200 (before taxes) in Canada and USA. A good incentive to stock up, or combine your order with your friends!

If you'd like your shipping expedited, please send us an email and we will do our best to arrange this for you: hello@recreativeapparel.com . We do ship to P.O. boxes, both in Canada and the US, as well as internationally.

* Please note: If the address is incorrect or the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees for future shipments.

* Please note: Shipping times vary widely internationally, and delays are always possible.

DUTIES & TAXES

Canadian customers will be charged sales tax based on the province the order is being shipped to. U.S. and International customers will not be charged taxes.

Cross-border shipments may incur customs and/or brokerage fees. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Likewise, any customs or brokerage fees applied to international returns will be the responsibility of the returner. Unfortunately, duty fees are outside of our control. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order. We are not responsible for shipping delay because of customs.
